It's About Will

And i thought the shaker equipment for fat loss and muscle building was already very disturbing and here we have another Tug Toner that look very very terribly wrong from every single angle in the workout.

The worst part is you can even workout with your friends too.

Anyway guys, i have set up 100 session weight training for my personal goal to observed what are the different from 0/100 to 100/100 times.
So far i'm in 30/100 and i feel great but still not enough yet. Coursemate are telling me that i look huge already but i told them i want more definition and increase slightly more on biceps, shoulder, triceps and other part of the body. Maybe when the time close i will show my transformation when i was 18 until the time when i hit my goal. You will be shock how thin i was when i was 18.

One of my way to get me motivated is to watch basketball NBA players motivation video. No athletes in this world would tell you it is easy to be the best and stay the best.

Greatest. It's not about talent. It's not about size. It's about will. 
It's about pushing yourself to the blink and if you can't go anymore. You push even harder. -Griffin
